Alan Farrelly FCPA FCCA FLA - Director
Alan Farrelly is Managing and Founding partner of FDW, one of the largest CPA accountancy practices in Ireland. Alan brings extensive business knowledge and experience to Kalmarproperties.com. Alan also sits on the board of several Irish companies in the building, IT and financial services sectors.
Martin McDonnell QFA FLIA - Director
Martin is managing director of Blackthorn Financial Services Ltd, a Dundalk based financial services company. His business expertise extends to wealth management and finance. Martin has previously worked for some of the largest financial services companies in Europe including Standard Life Assurance plc.
Kevin Dawe MIBA - Director
Kevin co-founded FDW with Alan Farrelly in 1989 and remains a prominent partner within the firm. Kevin is also a director of several other companies in financial services and textiles. Kevin's broad range of business expertise has proved valuable to Kalmar Properties Ltd and he remains active in the development of the company.
Philip Allen BBS MMII - Marketing Executive
Philip graduated from Dundalk IT with an honours BBS Degree in Marketing in 2005. He is a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and has gained considerable experience working in marketing for Irish Life Assurance plc and Permanent TSB Bank where he managed general insurance marketing across the entire Irish branch network.
Sharon Cahill - Sales Manager
As sales manager, Sharon is key to the success of Kalmarproperties.com. Sharon has worked for Independent Newspapers in the past and she has also run her own overseas property company. A dynamic individual with vast experience in business, Sharon excels in managing sales at Kalmar Properties Ltd.
Laura Gaffney - Financial Controller
Laura joined Kalmar Properties Ltd in 2007 having previously worked for Farrelly Dawe White accountants in areas such as audit, accounting and corporate compliance. In 2004 she graduated from Dundalk IT with a BBA and is now a member of the Certified Public Accountants of Ireland (CPA). Laura acts as financial/credit controller in the Kalmar Properties office, looking after all client's in areas such as researching best possible structure of stage payments, companies to file foreign tax returns, etc and controlling the company finances.
