Kalmarproperties.com began trading in 2004 when we specialized in providing French Leaseback properties for our clients. Over the past few years we have extended the range of properties we offer to include Bulgaria, Cape Verde, USA, Dubai and Portugal, to name but a few. Our team is hugely experienced and our expertise and attention to detail makes the buying process easy for our clients.

Kalmarproperties.com is a member of the AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals). The AIPP has been set up to guide and to regulate the international property industry. Membership gives our clients reassurance as they know that they are dealing with a reputable firm.
